i got free upgrade and loved it. i stayed in the room that was renovated and available with microwave and fridge, for instance.

All in all a secure HOTel and really really nice stay. Everything was first-class, liked my stay there. There was good bed & a fairly clean bathroom. Pleasant views and small garden.

We liked hotel's staff and rooms. The venue was located really close to most tourist spots and downtown and convention center and the city center.

Hotel was overall clean and staff was fabulous! The packed breakfast offered a lot of food, something for everyone's taste. Modern design, great service in the entire venue. Unique location to the grammy museum. The beach nearby was secluded and the view was breathtaking.

Staff and location - all was perfect. The property was set in a busy area. Plus there was a lake, within 5 minutes walk or so. The lunch in pacific dining car walking distance to the hotel had every choice imaginable. We loved it and recommend the place...
